Hello, my name is Shirley Franklin, and I cannot wait to meet you. I am a real estate broker with over 20 years’ experience. My son Chris and my husband Brett also serve on the Franklin team, and together we have over 40 years of experience. Real estate is not just our job, it is our calling. To say we have never had anyone unhappy would not be speaking the truth, however over the past 20 years the market has been different, buyer’s market which meaning lots of homes are on the market to choose from, or a seller market where few homes are on the market.
